On 8 February 2018, the Commission released an Evaluation Roadmap on Fitness check on public reporting by companies, in line with its Better Regulation agenda. This Roadmap, which is open for consultation until 8 March 2017, aims at assessing whether the financial and non-financial reporting requirements for listed companies are effective and proportionate.
